CELLARTONE

Cellartone is the solo project of Mitchell Beck. Beginning in his basement while living in Bloomington, IN, Cellartone started as an instrumental project focused on looping various layers of percussion instruments and found sounds. Fast-forwarding to present day, the project has transformed into a full on electroacoustic world of experimentation, while still retaining the goal of creating music that is accessible to the general public. As someone who is inspired by all types of music, Cellartone strives to create and collaborate on music stretching from experimental electronic, singer-songwriter, hyper pop, cinematic, contemporary jazz, and much more.
