Mitchell began composing in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the craft. As a freelance composer, Mitchell has worked hard to create a unique compositional voice while making sure that his music is an enjoyable experience for both the performers and the audience. Mitchell has a specific passion for writing percussion music and music for visual/interactive media. However, his composing services are not limited to that and he is always looking for new compositional challenges to tackle! As an arranger, Mitchell has arranged music for a variety of contexts including solo percussion, percussion ensemble, and marching band.
